There are times when you hire an agent and find out later that maybe  you made a mistake. This can happen and it’s ok. Whether it’s a  doctor, a lawyer or in this case a real estate agent, sometimes it’s  just not a good fit. This happened to clients of mine.



Mohammad and Annette called me way back in September of 2006  and explained to me they were under contract with another agent,  but that they had just terminated the listing.



They explained that they had already purchased a new home and it  was closing soon. They had the agent list their home in the summer  and it was on the market for 30 days with minimum action. The agent  then terminated the listing and re-listed at a new price. After another  28 days on the market, the clients were getting worried that they  would get stuck owning two homes and that’s when they decided to  cancel their contract with this agent and contact me.



I met them and provided an up-to-date and comprehensive market  evaluation. I also showed them my extensive marketing plan. They  decided to hire me, and I quickly implemented the Brian Kondo  Home Selling System. I ended up selling the home quicky and for  100% of the asking price.



Needless to say, Mohammad and Annette were very happy, and  relieved!
